I am using cutting once a day as a tool to get my life back in order – i don’t think my family would see it like that

I work in a psych hospital for over 20 yrs now and I have not had any patients older than their 20’s who self-mutilates. It seems to be the trend, unfortunately.
But it is very dangerous and not healthy at all–neither physically nor mentally.
Infection can set in, cellulitis, and even amputation and death.
You would benefit from professional help. You have an eating disorder, compuilsive shopping and now it has branched out to self-mutilation.
Please get some relief for this.
