Guys: What Do You Think About This Action By A Cheating Husband?

he is a cheater,cheating since day one of the rmarriage and tells the entire world via twitter/face book that its a family vacation we are going on),including writing happy birthday to wife on face book/twitter when we were together that day,in the plane and on airport,in the hotel we checked in too?!!??
suppose the wife knows that her husband cheats,is a gold digger and is okay with it,then is this a move to show the public that hes wishing her happy birthday,that hes a family man and has a perfect family life???
is he so frustrated that he resorts to such cheap tactics?!!
