Her husband was known to be a flirt and a sexually charged man who had cheated on her many times all the time he was with her before marriage and after marriage. I feel weird that even when she comes to see him, she comes backstage sometimes but shes never with her husband and is only with the wives/gfs of the other guys or takes photos with some celebrity who has come and takes pictures again.
He was involved with this girl at his work and after she cheated on him, he publicly thrashed her, everyone understood, but this woman was happily taking photos 10 days later with her friends at her daughter’s birthday.
The husband was there but he was mostly sitting with his child’s little friends. Same thing 2 months later, she went to watch him perform without any problem.I went with her and saw a shocking sight.,when he was approaching the bleachers( to pick some some tools) ,where both of us was standing,she quickly moved away,physically, behind me ,seeing him come near her though he was away from her and when he went away ,she came back and clapped.
After that she boards this limousine with her bunch of girlfriends and starts taking photos of herself and with her friends.
But she has to attend her husband’s work related celebrity parties and functions (as well as going to expensive vacations in a private jet),even when her baby was 7 months old, except this year when he did bring her to any of those events.
Her child is 3 and a half but mostly shes out with girlfriends and has to take photos of every single event,the photos of the foods she cooked
Though the husband has become cleverer about his image and his company has sold his image as a family man.So he shows by kissing her in the crowds,even in his documentary he strive hard to show that he is family guy and through twitter he ll write silly things like wishing happy b’day to her on twitter,people say on twitter to him ,that his wife is very lucky and he is very lucky then he said you are 100 correct about that, watching tv with her etc etc.
Recently she started doing makeup for her friends (some makeup business) and after the makeup is done she clicks pictures of herself mostly and the client and sometimes clicks pix of her daughter and puts up to her site!

I’ve always used Windows as far back as Windows 95 to Windows 7, so I’m haveing problems getting used to Ubuntu 12.04. The reason I’m trying to use Ubuntu is because it’s free, looks good on a resume, and I recently bought a netbook with it installed. Please forgive my stupid questions.
Questions:
Do I need to install virus and spyware protection? If not for me, then possibly for other people who use Windows? If so, do you have any free or low cost suggestions?
How do I add icons to the desktop? I’ve tried dragging them from the taskbar(?) from the right of the screen, but that didn’t work.
I installed Wine and Google Chrome(ubuntu version), but is there anything else I should consider installing? Cool programs, helpful tools, ect…
I was considering reformating my hard drive and installing Linux Mint because it looks like it has a Windows 7 feel, but should I? If so, why or why not?

The main reason I want a Mac is because of Logic, I know i could get pro tools on PC, but for a songwriter I think Logic is more suitable, (plus logic is what I use at college and i’m familiar with it)
However I find macs to be a massive pain in the *** to use aside from logic, and also macs are very over priced for what you get.
Another thing to consider is that I like to play computer games a lot, (atm I use my laptop for gaming, it can run most games on low-medium, but soon it will become useless for gaming as you can’t upgrade the parts) and there are only a few games available on macs, and I could get a PC with the same specs for a lot cheaper.
So basically the only thing holding me back is Logic, what do you guys think?
